Welcome to my survey page. Currently working on an in-depth study that explores the profound impact of Chinese culture on identity formation of Malaysian Chinese leaders and entrepreneurs. This research examines the intricate ways in which cultural heritage serves as a foundation for shaping leadership styles, influencing business practices, and molding the overall identity of every individual within this distinct demographic group in Malaysia. 

My goal is to unveil the complex relationships between cultural background, established norms, and traditional practices and how these factors affect decision-making processes and contribute to the entrepreneurial success of Malaysian Chinese communities. Through this work, I aim to shed light on the richness and depth of the Malaysian Chinese cultural identity and its significant role in guiding the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs in their professional journeys.
